There has been a lot of talk about inlaying musical instruments on this web site. However, my inlay work is not limited to musical instruments. If it is made of wood, or can be made of wood, most likely I can inlay something cool on it. Many things can be inlaid like gun stocks, tables, chairs, key chains, pictures, picture frames, music boxes, jewelry boxes, etc.

This is the first in a series of pieces I plan to make. It is made of Silver, White/Gold/Black Mother of Pearl, and Paua and African Black Wood. The first piece was made for my wife and everyone has been going GA GA over it. My wife has never gotten so many compliments on a piece of jewelry before. Needless to say, she trilled.

Two sided owl pendent in brass, MOP, Black MOP and Red Abablone. Custom made for the wife of Michael Reed of Sheridan, Illinois
Pendant for Mom. The three hearts, one for each child, made of Silver, Copper, and Brass, in a larger heart of Paua from Hawaii inlaid onto a heart of cocobolo wood. A very unique and special momento.
These Dragon Head Charms are a standard product and are for sale. The are made of Sparkle Paua Shell from Hawaii, and White Mother of Pearl. The actually sizes of the pieces are 1.4" tall for the small one and 1.9" inches tall for the large one. They are inlay on Figured Walnut, but other woods are available. The prices are $30 for the small one and $50 for the larger one.

This was made for the Grand Valley State College Renaissance fair in Grand Rapids Michigan. This is a medallion to be worn on battle armor or fancy robes. It was the center piece of the funds raising auction.
This snow flake pendent is made of silver and white mother of pearl.
Entitled "Dolphins at Play", this pendant is made of turquiose, banded azurite, white and black Mother of Pearl.
